The AZ purchase contract requires that a pre-qualification or proof of funds be attached to any offer.  If you have not talked to a lender yet, I can connect you with a local lender to start the process.   In this market,  it is essential to act quickly when you find the right home.  Having your pre-qual ready will ensure that there are no delays and you don't miss out on an opportunity!
